Tuning Required
Tuning is the driving force of your vehicle and the start of making drastic power improvements. We offer a wide range of custom tuning options from various companies to bring you the best options in the industry. For more information on the different platforms used for custom tuning, view our FAQ page.
Tuning Devices Optional
Your tune needs a device to install. Already have one? Skip this step.
Tuning devices plug into your truck and are used to load your tune.
Exhaust Required
Exhausts are a requirement when going with emissions off tuning. Factory exhausts are very restrictive and contain DPFs and catalytic converters that can be troublesome; clogged DPFs are a perfect example.
Delete pipes are the most economical solution: they replace the DPF section of your exhaust while keeping the rest of your factory exhaust. Full exhaust kits replace the entire factory exhaust, and you can add a muffler a couple of steps later.
Exhaust Tips Optional
Finish off your exhaust with a Polar Diesel 304SS exhaust tip or polished elbow. Pick a tip with an inlet that matches your exhaust size (4" or 5").
Muffler Optional
Would you like a muffler included with your exhaust?
EGR Solution Optional
EGR delete kits are not required; you can unplug the EGR connectors and leave it installed. However, removing your EGR system with an EGR delete kit prevents issues down the road, such as EGR valves not sealing, and frees up space in your engine bay. Our team recommends an EGR delete kit when tuning a truck with emissions off tuning for peace of mind and reliability.
CCV Solution Optional
Your CCV system consists of various hoses and valves, which are essentially unnecessary failure points. Over time these can become clogged, which leads to issues. Your factory CCV system also recirculates oil vapors into your turbo, and the only thing your turbo should be taking in is clean, cool air. We always recommend CCV delete kits to anyone wanting a reliable truck!
Intake Kit Optional
Aftermarket intakes flow better than stock intake systems, so you will see a horsepower and torque increase, along with optional cleanable filters for easier maintenance. In most cases you will also hear your turbo spooling!
Turbo Optional
Optional turbo upgrade for higher horsepower builds.
Fuel System Upgrades Optional
When it comes to fuel system upgrades, FASS fuel systems are the go-to. FASS (Fuel Air Separation System) combines a diesel lift pump and fuel filtration system designed to improve fuel mileage and engine performance, and to extend the life of your injection system.
Monitoring Optional
Monitoring your truck's vital signs is crucial for workhorse trucks that tow heavy loads or high horsepower builds. These devices help you keep your truck running in optimal conditions and avoid costly repairs.
Truck Information
We need this information about your truck so tune files can be written accurately and on time.
