1. Polar Diesel's website is intended for use by all individuals and enthusiasts alike.
2. You may not use Polar Diesel's website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
3. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content on Polar Diesel's website
without prior written consent.
4. You may not use any automated system, including but not limited to, "robots," "spiders,"
or "offline readers," to access Polar Diesel's website.

Products and Services:
1. All products and services offered by Polar Diesel are subject to availability.
2. Polar Diesel reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product or service
at any time without prior notice.
3. Polar Diesel is not responsible for any damages or losses incurred as a result of the use
or inability to use its products or services.

Payment:
1. Payment for products and services must be made at the time of order placement.
2. Polar Diesel accepts payment by credit card, cash and EFT (Electronic Bank Transfer).
3. All prices listed on Polar Diesel's website are in US dollars (USD), unless otherwise
specified.

Shipping and Delivery:
1. Please refer to Polar Diesel's Freight Policy for shipping rates and policies.
2. Polar Diesel is not responsible for any delays in shipping due to carrier delays or other
unforeseen circumstances.
3. All customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at the time of
order placement.

Returns and Refunds:
1. Please refer to Polar Diesel's Freight Policy for returns and refunds related to damaged
or defective products.
2. Polar Diesel does not accept returns or offer refunds for products that have been used or
modified.
3. Products must be returned in the original packaging.
4. Customers must report any damaged or defective products to Polar Diesel within 7 Days
of receipt of the shipment.
5. Returns and refunds for products ordered in error are subject to Polar Diesel's Freight
Policy.
6. All returns and refunds must be authorized by Polar Diesel's customer service team.

Limitation of Liability:
1. Polar Diesel's liability for any damages or losses incurred by the customer shall not
exceed the total amount paid for the products or services purchased.
2. Polar Diesel provides its products for off-road and race use only, unless otherwise
specified. Any other use, including on-road use unless specified, is not endorsed by
Polar Diesel and may be illegal. As such, Polar Diesel is not liable for any damages,
including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages,
resulting from the use or misuse of its products for any purpose other than off-road and
race use.
3. By purchasing and using Polar Diesel products, the customer acknowledges and agrees
to use the products only for the specified use and assumes all risk and responsibility for
any damages or injuries that may result from the use or misuse of such products. The
customer also acknowledges and agrees to check their local laws and regulations prior
to purchasing and using Polar Diesel products.
4. This limitation of liability is in addition to, and not in lieu of, any other limitations of liability
set forth in Polar Diesel's Terms of Service, Freight Policy, and other related documents.

Governing Law:
1. This Terms of Service policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the
laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada.
2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this policy shall be resolved exclusively
by the courts of Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada.

Conclusion:
By accessing or using Polar Diesel's website and services, the customer agrees to be bound by
the terms and conditions outlined in this Terms of Service policy. Polar Diesel reserves the right
