Refund policy

All returns and refunds related to damaged or defective products must be authorized by Polar Diesel's customer service team.

Dealers and wholesalers must report any damaged or defective products to Polar Diesel within 7 days of receipt of the shipment.

Polar Diesel will replace or refund the cost of the damaged or defective products, including shipping costs.

Returns and refunds for products ordered in error will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Returns and refunds for drop ship orders will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs on all authorized return orders.
